We provide strata inspection reports to parties looking to purchase a strata or community association property. The report is ordered through your acting solicitor and the information in the inspection report is arrived solely from the records which are made available to us at the time of the inspection. Neighbourhood and Community Association

This type of scheme is different from a strata complex but we are able to fulfil the duties of issuing levy notices, setting yearly budgets, facilitating AGM’s, paying insurances to the highest degree. You deserve a manager who understands the Act relevant to this scheme and is experienced with the complex management statement and more importantly understands it at the same time.
